We’ve all probably put on a couple (or several) extra pounds over the past few months and would love an easy way to shed it.  Especially since gyms are still closed or limited in services, further exacerbating the problem.  

A study out of the University of Illinois at Chicago has shown that subjects who participated in intermittent fasting programs (either 4 or 6 hours daily) lost, on average, 3% body weight over the course of 10 weeks without any change to their diet.
