In an effort to understand what would help hotel travelers feel comfortable during future stays, the American Hotel & Lodging Association commissioned a survey to better understand guest wants.
The top 3 factors that would help guests feel more comfortable include:
- Wearing of masks by hotel staff (87%) and guests (85%)
- Suspending daily housekeeping services (86%)
- Using technology to reduce/eliminate direct contact (85%)
